I started with typical American subjects such as Neon-Signs and American Cars. Beginning 2011 I got the idea for the "postcards from Amsterdam" series. Distinct views, cropping and details of known and unknown spots in my hometown. The subjects on the paintings appeal to me directly during my walks through the city. And as usual with postcards it is always great weather!
